- Director of External Affairs
The Director of External Affairs will direct and manage all fundraising and communications for the organization, incorporating a diversified fundraising strategy that will increase giving levels across all donor categories. The director will manage the external affairs department and staff, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective communications.
- Development Assistant
Perform administrative tasks for the External Affairs Department. Maintain the donor database including cash receipts and financial reports, draft and/or prepare correspondence and reports. Assist with public relations activities, organize and/or assist with special events.
- Grants and Communications Coordinator
Work with the Director of External Affairs to develop and implement a focused strategy for seeking grants from foundations, corporations, and city/state/federal government sources. The focus of this position will be the identification and solicitation of donor prospects through research and grant writing. The coordinator will also assist with the maintenance of all current funding streams, and various public relations activities pursuant to external affairs.
