On May 27, James Bradley, author of the New York Times best-sellers Flags of our Fathers and Flyboys will host an intimate autograph session where he will sign copies of his new book, The Imperial Cruise: A Secret History of Empire and War. The event will take place in The Loft at the Bryant Park Hotel from 2:30-4:00pm where you will be a part of the in-person interview to be streamed in real-time. A reception with James Bradley takes place in The Loft at the conclusion of the interview. There is no admission charge. Proceeds come to Literacy Partners from the sales of his book The Imperial Cruise: A Secret History of Empire and War on the www.autographaroo.com website as well as at the event. Autographed copies will be available for purchase at the reception. RSVP to: alisong@literacypartners.org We have 30 seats - first come, first serve!

If you are unable to join us in person, Bradley will answer questions live on air with the help of Autographaroo, a service that allows participants to directly send chat messages to a featured speaker. Fans can join the live session by registering on Autographaroo’s website and purchasing a copy of The Imperial Cruise: A Secret History of Empire and War. The autographed item will be sent to registrants after the session. This contribution will also benefit Literacy Partners. Fans may never have a better opportunity to personally interact with their favorite author. The site will also broadcast the event from their website the day of the event.

Bradley fans and history buffs alike will have an opportunity to get to know the esteemed author up close and personal while supporting a good cause.
